Choice photographs are also used in advertising materials created for your property.
If required, prior to having your home captured pictorially, we will bring in a Staging Consultant at our expense to be sure that we are able to present your home at its best to potential buyers. We will review any recommendations made by the staging consultant with you and together determine the proper course of action.
We will keep you fully informed on a bi-weekly basis as to home showings and feedback received. Relevant “Market Stats” will also be provided so you are aware of what is going on in the real estate market in your area and price range. You will always be kept up to date and informed.
We will of course handle all negotiations and paperwork involved in the transaction and will schedule inspection and other professional appointments concerning the sale around your requirements.
We will work with the buyer’s agents and attorney to be sure a smooth and proper closing occurs.
